Android 15 is on 4.5% of devices before the Samsung updates

At the start of April, Google released the latest Android distribution numbers. The last update was 11 months earlier, with Android 15 making its debut in these stats.

As of April 1, Android 15 is on 4.5% of devices. The new version was released to AOSP at the start of September. This should include stable releases from Pixel (mid-October), OnePlus, and Nothing. During this period, Samsung was beta testing One UI 7, but it only just launched in recent weeks.

The majority of devices — 27.4% — are still running Android 14.
